    1. You have to love yourself BEFORE you can treat yourself well. If you're trying to find confidence by losing weight, it will not work.
    2. Wear a bikini now! Why the hell not!?
    3. You are not a BEFORE. You are you, right now.
    4. You can't think of yourself like that.
    5. I strut into a bar like I own the place, and I'm a fatass, and I get hit on by hot guys all the damn time. DO YOU THINK YOU CAN'T DO THIS NOW!?
    6. I get it, but there's nothing to be ashamed of about working out. Get it, girl.
    7. Honey, I'm a chunky monkey and I wear yoga pants all the damn time. And I look gooood.
